Hello 2026~

Happy belated New Year! I know, I know it’s really been a whole year since attention was paid to this space…. which was a bummer! 2025 was a doozy personally, much to my surprise I had a serious ‘health project’ in the works, so less focused on the details of HETTLE . Much love and gratitude to my family and friends for all of the help they generously gave to keep this ship afloat. Onward to 2026 , with lots of joy and in great shape all around!

There are many new goods on the horizon and we are so looking forward to sharing them in the next few months. Rolling out new designs takes a bit of trial and error, some exploration with materials and ideas. Once things are solid on the design front, the even longer task of photographing, pricing and marketing takes place. Which is where HETTLE is at now. We will be sharing this all in the spring… crossing fingers that warm weather and melting snow comes soon!

To all of our wholesale customers a big thank you for supporting our small handmade business. Your partnership means the world. As everyone knows the yo yo effect of tariffs are wreaking havoc on small business’s like ours. Many of our plant materials and all of our fabrics are imported. We use a limited small supplier in Canada and they import from India. Because I have a long relationship with the organization we will still be working with them, just on a smaller basis and of course our prices will have to be in line with this. It is our goal to bring you thoughtful goods at an affordable price. But, it isn’t sustainable for us to do that and also maintain a wholesale business. At this time we are going to pause all wholesale and focus on our Shop, Markets and of course, Hettleshop.com. Thank you for your time and patience, this is really disappointing all around. We sincerely hope for the small business community and frankly everyone that the end of this tariff policy is near.
